First session

Your first visit is an opportunity for the both of us to get to know each other, outline the difficulties you are facing and explore your idea of the goal to be achieved. During the first session you will be able to determine whether my psychotherapeutic approach is a good match for your needs. If you are interested, we will agree on the conditions for further sessions.

Usually, the sessions take place once a week or once every two weeks. The length and the form of therapy depend on the nature of the issue dealt with and the mutual agreement on what goals should be achieved. Our cooperation may take the form of psychological counselling or psychotherapeutic care. If you have reports from previous examinations that you consider important, you can bring them to the first session.
